As a real estate sales agent my goal is simple, to simplify what can be a challenging process. I focus on what is requested from the buyer or the seller, not just the dollars. In the telecommunication industry I worked both sides of the business, in sales and as a purchasing agent, with the mind set of obtaining the best possible product for the best possible price. Buying and selling a home should have the same results, it's about value, not volume! Taking the time to simplify the process of buying and selling is what I looked for from my agent while selling my first home and buying my second. During that process of selling one and buying another, I had someone who was responsive, attentive, and simply explained what I thought was an over complicated process. Let's face it the terminology alone can be confusing, and because of that I needed someone to explain it to me in a way that would leave me feeling confident and comfortable with my choices. That is what inspired me to become a sales person, to help others that need someone on their side working to meet their needs and wants, and unraveling the inner workings of buying and selling a home. Fortunately for me I am now part that same team that was there for me. Now with my personal experience and the knowledge I have gained I can be there for others. Allowing me to provide that same level of confidence and comfort that made selling and buying a home much easier.
